To protect your privacy, we verify your identity before processing requests through:

  • Account authentication for registered users
  • Identity verification for non-account holders
  • Additional verification for sensitive requests

Response Timeframes

We aim to respond to privacy requests promptly:

  • Initial Response: Within 10 business days
  • Complete Response: Within 45 days (extendable to 90 days if complex)
  • Deletion Requests: Processed within 30 days when possible
  • Urgent Security Requests: Within 24-48 hours

  • No Sale: We do not sell personal information
  • Limited Sharing: We share data only as necessary for service provision
